Position: Grade A Security Manager

As the Grade A Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of security and protection for our clients and assets. We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual who is passionate about security management and possesses the skills and expertise to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Security Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols to safeguard our facilities, personnel, and assets in Joburg areas.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to security procedures.
3. Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
4. Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Develop and maintain effective emergency response plans and procedures to handle security incidents and crisis situations with efficiency and professionalism.
5. Security Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest security technologies and trends, and oversee the implementation and integration of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, industry standards, and company policies, and maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• CV: Provide a detailed resume highlighting your relevant experience, qualifications, and achievements in security management.
• ID Copy (Certified): Submit a certified copy of your identification document.
• Grade A Certification (Certified): Possess a valid Grade A security certification.
• Other Security-Related Documents (Certified): Include certified copies of any additional security-related documents, such as firearm competency certificates or security clearances.
• Security Degree/Diploma: Hold a degree or diploma in security management or a related field.
• 10 Years Experience: Have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in security management roles, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
